1st bigger tomato, have to dig under the plant for the type marker
Planted two little basil seedlings that haven't been very excited about the low sun & water on our front stoop. Our first batch of pesto was superb, so why not plant materials for more?
Planted (seeds):
He-Shi-Ko pencil onions, plot 32, in old onion area
Bunching onions, plot 32 front of strawberries
Bunching onions, plot 3 back right by squash
Kale, plot 3 at end of chard & seedling rows, near sweet potato
We are constantly going through onions, wishing I could make them grow faster! May have to look for late onion sets since onions are not impressive from seed.
